Overview

Position Summary As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be a key member of the business team supporting reporting activities, including trend analysis and monthly reporting and forecasting. You will work closely with finance and business leadership to help them achieve financial commitments. This position will interface with business region (EMEA, NAM) and will have management responsibility for a Finance Analyst. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends and make recommendations to drive improvement. Provide analytical trends and monthly reporting by client. Work closely with key business partners to identify and mitigate issues impeding the achievement of business goals. Improve on data intensive tools with a focus on automating the close process; identify, communicate and recommend/implement corrective actions. Support on the consolidation of monthly actuals and forecasts. Calculating & reconciling accrued and deferred Revenue Calculating & reconciling COS accruals Managing COS Purchase Order process Managing manual invoicing process Reconciling master files per client, monitoring weekly & supporting the client services team with the finance admin Assist with the preparation of finance and business presentations, including monthly and quarterly business review schedule preparation. Ensure financial statements are complaint with IFRS, Group Accounting rules and JSOX Establish business partnerships with members of the KMMS Leadership Team through accurate financial reporting and business analysis in order to drive visibility and accountability. Deliver accurate and concise monthly/quarterly Forecast information in a timely manner Proactively identify and communicate areas for operational and financial improvement. Develop and implement meaningful financial metrics. Optimise direct and indirect costs co-ordination Highlight and enforce adherence to Company Approval Authority Matrix and Accounting Policies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Significant progressive finance experience supporting a business or Part Qualified. High-energy self-starter with strong drive for results. Demonstrated passion for knowing and meeting customer requirements. Hands on approach. Progressive/dynamic operationally oriented finance professional with a consultative and trusted business partner philosophy. Proven record of partnering with cross-functional management to drive cost and productivity/efficiency improvements. Demonstrated functional knowledge and strong technical capability (financial analysis, accounting/control and business process re-engineering). Ability to move beyond the numbers to understand the operational and strategic implications of business decisions while maintaining a strong grasp of the details. Continually identifies and pursues opportunities to improve processes (leads and manages systemic change efforts). Effective communicator that can influence a matrix organization at varying leadership levels (provides information clearly and concisely). Ability to present compelling, concise evidence to support positions. Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills. Capable of developing high levels of credibility and forging solid and positive professional relationships (subordinates, peers, and upper management); strong interpersonal skills.
