Overview
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to be part of the Mortgage Services team in Leek; you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications. Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment, although this is not essential as full and in-depth training will be provided. Location: Britannia House, Cheadle Road, Leek, ST13 5RE Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: £18000 per annum Shift: Anytime between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 1 out of 3 Saturday working Start Date: March Exciting opportunities for customer-focused individual to become a Customer Service Agent with Capita: Western Mortgage Services Are you customer driven? If yes, then we have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic and progressive company What you will do: Provide a superb level of customer service Operate effectively within a regulated department Process all incoming and outgoing requests for our clients customers effectively and in a timely manner Handle standard queries and specialist enquiries where appropriate Make accurate lending decisions What do you need to succeed? Experience in working in an office environment. Experience of embedding customer and colleague advocacy. Experience of developing strong customer relationships. Be able to absorb information Able to follow strict process and policies Confident in using multiple computer systems Excellent communication skills both written and verbal GCSE equivalent grade C/4 or above What's in it for you?
