A growing and listed accountancy practice that has expanded to 5 offices around London is looking for an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join their fast-paced team. The role will be based from their West London office where 5 out of their 20 Partners are operating from. Established over 100 years ago, they have created a successful and happy team of accountants who deliver services such as Accounts, Audit and Taxation to high standards creating great customer satisfaction. This role is a mixed role split between 60% Audit and 40% Accounts preparation with a client bank including property developers, owner managed businesses, media and entertainment with turnovers of up to £100 million. Main duties of an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior: Audit 60% Opportunity for involvement in planning smaller audits Assisting on audits with turnovers of up to £100 million Complete all substantive tests with minimal supervision Complete stock takes and write up detailed notes and results Supervise trainees providing them with support and assistance Accounts 40% Preparation of Statutory Accounts for the review of the Manager Personal and Corporation Tax returns Preparing Fixed Asset Register Calculating Accruals and Prepayments Benefits of the role as an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior: Full study support Private medical cover Pay rise after every exam passed Team building events (paintball, go karting, pizza Fridays) Flexi time Dress down Fridays Equal Opportunities Employer Requirements of the role as an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior: Minimum 2-year experience in a UK accountancy practice with audit exposure Ideally ACA/ACCA Part Qualified Audit and Accounts Semi Senior £28,000 - £34,000 per annum Uxbridge
