You should be intelligent, bright and numerate and be open minded about studying towards professional qualifications to improve your knowledge. You must of course enjoy maths, and that will be demonstrated in your qualifications and work experience. Duties include:- • Updating members records • Drafting letters to members regarding their benefits • Telephone enquiries, liaising with members, clients and advisers • Keeping cash books, reconciling balances and organise payments • Assisting colleagues and adhoc administration You must of course enjoy maths.
