Overview

I am currently looking for a Lettings Manager to work for a fun and friendly company in Downend You will Basic salary of £21K - £22K with a realistic OTE £29k Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.30pm & alternate Saturday's 9am-5pm (with lieu day in the week). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our award winning, energetic and experienced lettings team in Downend. o Own car required with mileage paid - there will also be access to a company pool car o Generate, arrange and carry out valuations o Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords o Business generation - creating opportunities to complete valuations o Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to o People management of the lettings team The right candidate will be: o Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success o A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects o An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work o Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities o A key member of our team who believes in our purpose, values and culture o 12 months experience in an agency environment negotiating and or valuing Our team operates like a family - we stick together and achieve together.
