To support both our UK and International team, we are looking for a Technical Solutions Coordinator to join the team based in Monmouth and will support with technical and engineering duties. This role will engage with sales, design and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of Siltbuster projects. Responsibilities will include: General Provide technical support to the sales and solutions team in the development of proposals for the provision of Siltbuster water treatment equipment. Compose technical and commercial proposals collaboratively with the sales and solutions teams and assist with contract completion upon receipt of formal order. Update, manage and analyse the organisations Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to understand domestic and international market trends. Work closely with in-house laboratory to collate and communicate test results for use within technical proposals and reports. Provide ongoing support to clients and strategic international partners through technical advice and the provision of critical component items for continued aftersales care. Provide online support to website visitors via interactive portal. Carry out end of contract customer satisfaction surveys. Pro-active sales and marketing of the Siltbuster equipment and solutions. Assist in the preparation of PQQ and tender submissions Assist with the preparation and creation of company presentations (technical and commercial). Periodically visit potential or active project sites / offices to directly liaise with customers on the Siltbuster solution. To create itemised cost schedules. Skills and qualifications: Degree educated in preferably either a scientific or engineering discipline with a vested interest in the environment. Proven history of water treatment techniques would be preferable however in-house training programme will be delivered to the successful candidate. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical content and adapt style to suit target audience. Understanding and use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. A lateral thinker with attention for detail and good business acumen.
