Overview

Global Organisation is seeking a fluent Portuguese speaking Accounts Receivable Process Analyst to join their team on a 12 month plus assignment. The Portuguese Accounts Receivable Process Analyst will process map and document Billing and Collections processes and procedures to the agreed company standards and facilitating global alignment. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Process Analyst include: ·Work with End Users and Operational Leads to fully process map company processes and procedures, highlighting existing controls and potential risks ·Suggest areas for alignment and process improvement ·Produce output in line with company standards and document version control ·Support and execute change control for documentation ·Update existing process and procedural documentation/material in line with system enhancements and changes ·Support and participate in Billing and Collections initiatives as required ·Progress reporting Skills and experience of the Accounts Receivable Process Analyst include: ·Proficient in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word ·Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian) speaker (desirable) ·Enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills ·Ability to manage changing priorities ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·Attention to detail ·Adaptable (fast paced environment) and embraces change ·Ability to work to strict deadlines ·Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills ·Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or similar) certification or higher ·Experience working across EMEA and global teams ·Experience of working in Accounts Receivable environment ·Knowledge of project management and development methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89655146
