Customer Experience Manager

With plenty of perks available including lunches freshly prepared by an onsite chefpaid for by the company , annual bonus of 15% and an opportunity to work for a company that will invest in your future As the Customer Experience Manager you will oversee a team of 4-6 customer advisors and have the following skills: be able to set, manage and measure KPI's Have previous management expereience of a customer advisor team Be a team player and have a vested interest in your team and company welfare Great Customer service skills Have proven experience of enabling your team to reach their set targets and KPI's Excellent telephone Manner Excellent customer service and be willing to go the extra mile. Knowledge of the Textile / Tile industry would be advantageous but not essential. In return the company will provide you with an annual bonus of 15% paid over the first three months of the new business year upon reaching targets.
