Telesales and Customer Service Advisor. Job Description. We are currently recruiting for experienced Telesales and Customer Service Advisor to join our family run, passionate and fast growing client on the outskirts of Topsham. The role would appeal to someone who is personable and has a passion for customer service. About the role. The role will include but is not limited to; Answering calls and emails from clients Building existing client relations Outbound calls when needed Taking customer orders Using in house CRM and databases Working in a fast paced environment Working as part of a team About you.
