Account Executive Job, North London, Salary up to £45,000 handling Real Estate for Lloyd's Broker. Your new company Your new job as a Real Estate Account Executive, will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 associates and prides themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to substantial growth within the teams a position for a Real Estate Account Executive has arisen within the North London Office. Your new role Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive based within their North London office in their established Real Estate team. You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day servicing of client's insurance programme to support the retention and development of the business as well as assisting clients and their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction. Building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts. Other duties will include actively seeking out and generating new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience of handling Property or Real Estate business or Commercial Combined business, dealing with Clients from inception to completion will lead to your success. You will need to be able to commute to Finchley, North London. You will have experience of preparing Submission documents and be able to communicate effectively with Clients, Insurers and other associates alike. Your experience of working in a similar role as an Account Handler within an Insurance Brokers will demonstrate your ability to prioritise workloads when multi-tasking. Your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team.
