Overview
An up-and-coming FinTech firm based in The City are presently seeking an immediately available Technical Recruiter to join them on a temporary basis (with a chance to go permanent). As a standalone Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for: Managing and delivering on all vacancies including but not limited to: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketing, and/or Operations roles. Sourcing candidates via a variety of sources including LinkedIn Screening candidates with the collaboration of the hiring managers and CTO Conducting interviews along with key stakeholders Engaging with top, hard-to-find talent across the software-as-a-service industry Required Experience: At least 2 years of Technical Recruitment experience Experience recruiting for React, Ruby on Rails, or other similar tech stacks Experience using LinkedIn, GitHub, Angel List and other sourcing tools/platforms Experience screening and interviewing candidates collaborating with key stakeholders If you're available immediately for this temporary assignment (that has a chance to go permanent in a few months) please apply
