Days and/or Nights Location: Gillingham, Dorset Salary: Day Shifts: £10. 25 per hour fantastic benefit package Night Shifts: £10.30 per hour fantastic benefit package We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Team Leader for our client, reputable care home, based in Gilingham area who specialise in enriching lives of elderly residents. Team Leader will manage, supervise and monitor a well-played team of Care Assistants as well as you will be responsible the best standards of person centred care are delivered to vulnerable residents. Ability to administer medication, previous experience gained in similar care setting and good leadership skills are essential for this role.
