Overview
Fabulous opportunity to work for a leading employer in the Banbury area as a Credit Controller. Working within the credit control team, this is critical position needed to generate a healthy cash flow for the business. This role would ideally suit a candidate who has experience in a customer service or accounts position and enjoys the buzz of working within a busy department. Key Duties Handling any appropriate queries and offering solutions Liaising internally with any relevant colleagues to resolve queries appropriately Updating the internal systems with any progress notes Updating the finance systems to show figures when cash is recovered Meeting any monthly KPI’s or collections targets Making calls to clients and other 3rd parties to chase outstanding payments and appropriate administration is completed Use your positive outlook to become a valid team member and encourage those around you Experience Required Previous office experience Negotiation skills Accuracy around system & Data input Self-motivated and positive attitude This is a great business with amazing company culture, willing to reward hard work.
