Overview
Have you got strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems? Have you got an excellent telephone manner? A key client of ours based in Wokingham is looking for a Customer Support Technical Executive to join their customer support team. In summary, you will be providing 1st line technical support via telephone, e-mail and other channels to customers that may have application, environmental and hardware issues. They are willing to pay up to £28,000 for the right candidate and would like someone in as soon as possible As a minimum they would require the chosen candidate to have: At least 1 years Technical Support experience At least 1 years Customer Support Helpdesk experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems Clear communication both written and verbal If you have the above experience please do get in touch |
