The role As Accounts and Audit Senior your role will involve the following important duties: Accounts - prepare, review and finalise management accounts, support trainees Audit - complete planning documentation, performing role of senior representative with the client, review and finish audit files ready for manager review Tax - Deal with business tax computations including corporation tax, prepare personal tax returns ready for manager review, provide clients with good proactive advice Client - build relationships, seek client feedback, communicate in a professional manner Prepare files/documents for meetings. Promote company add ons Controls - take account of budgets, manage own time and time of junior staff. Ensure compliance with regards to systems, processes and procedures Team - Provide feedback to all direct reports. Carry out annual appraisals. Actively participate in development of all reports.
