Overview

My client is looking for an experienced corporate solicitor NQ-3PQE for their forward thinking firm based in Lancashire. Your work will be varied to include M&A, shareholders agreements and some banking and finance. You will be working closely with the Managing Partner in all areas, discussing the cases daily. Ideally you will have at least 12 months recent experience within corporate law, but with a keenness to progress and learn in a non traditional and modern environment is also on offer. This firm is a breath of fresh air, offering not only guidance and progression but a great working environment. Transport links are excellent with local train station 5 minutes walk away, local buses and car parking space allocated for drivers. There is also a pool car for meetings if commuting by train. 25 minutes from Manchester centre commute by train. The role is full time and permanent, flexible working from home is available also.
