Bioinformatician All levels Bioinformaticians, of all levels, required by leading Biotechnology firm based in Edinburgh A leading Biotechnology firm, based in Edinburgh, currently require several Bioinformaticians to get involved in projects from planning to completion for academic and industry leading clients. Upon joining, the Bioinformatician can expect to get involved in system development for a large range of data types inclusive of genomics, epigenetics and metabolomics. The Bioinformatician can expect to learn a huge amount from other team members and be part of a family feel team that is growing exponentially. In terms of skills, ideally the Bioinformatician will be educated to Masters or PHD level in Biology, Generics, Computer Science or similar. The Bioinformatician will also have experience of R and scripting languages such as Python/Perl/Ruby.
