Overview
Our client is a niche low volume manufacturer and a market leader in their field. With a turnover of £6m they are looking to appoint a financial controller to support the MD, the role has arisen due to the incumbent retiring. The company imports raw materials from Europe and the Far East and distribute their products to both the UK and international markets. The post is supported by a finance assistant and we are looking for a hands on financial controller, ideally with experience in manufacturing who will be responsible for all day to day financial aspects of the company including producing monthly management accounts, cash flow management, invoice discounting (HSBC) , organising trade loans, FX hedging, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll.
