Overview
A successful interior design studio based in London is looking for an experienced CAD technician or technical designer to join their team. This person should have strong skills in AutoCAD and be knowledgeable of other technical drafting software; Revit and BIM would be desirable. This will be a fantastic place to work if you want to grow within a business and take on more responsibility, while having exposure to high end hospitality projects with budgets in excess of £1million. Responsibilities will include: Producing technical packs including plans, elevations and joinery details and collaborating with the design team Assisting members of the team with CAD software when necessary Working across multiple projects providing technical assistance This role can quickly lead to a position managing the technical team The most important part of the role is fluency in AutoCAD, a desire to learn and to get along well with the team.
