The main duties of this role will be: Creating reports and analysis on a monthly basis regarding both the current and forecasted financial position of key budget holders Assisting the Finance Manager with annual planning Preparing quarterly VAT returns Handling high volumes of bank reconciliations daily Working in conjunction with the AP and AR teams to ensure cash is posted correctly Managing the preparation and posting of month end journals as well as accruals, generally overseeing the month end processes Completing control accounts for review by the Finance Manager This position will join a small team within a wider finance function, offering the opportunity for personal development as well as salary increases and even more holiday as you progress. This role will suit someone who is a strong analytical thinker and possesses a solid range of knowledge in management accounting.
