Overview
Are you an experienced customer service leader? Are you looking for a new challenge within an exciting tech company? I have had a brilliant opportunity come in for a Team Leader based in central Edinburgh for a technology company. These opportunities rarely come up so please read on So what will you be doing? Managing a team of 15 inbound customer service agents Completing regular one to ones with all team members Quality monitoring and in the moment feedback sessions Performance reviews and management Regular development plans and goal setting Recruiting new team members and ensuring a company fit Feedback sessions to senior management on how the customer experience can be improved What are we looking for? Experience within a team lead/manager position in a contact centre environment If you speak other languages this would be beneficial You must have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to improve process What's on offer?
