Role: Clinical Lead (Days) Hourly Rate: £17ph Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Hours: Full time (On the floor and supernumerary hours) Are you a senior nurse looking to further your career in quality care? Either way, we`ve got the role for you My client is an established care provider throughout the UK and they are now searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual for their lovely care home in Hinckley In addition to fantastic hourly rate of £17ph my client offers fantastic progression opportunities and will give you the chance to complete additional training in post. The home pride themselves on rewarding hardworking staff, not just with a pat on the back but through regular incentives and annual award ceremonies We are currently recruiting for a passionate Clinical Lead who must be Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN), and be confident in running teams of staff in this fantastic elderly/dementia home. As Clinical Lead, you will have a strong understanding of CQC standards as well as demonstrate your passion for care through the unique support and personal development of each service user.
