Here at Care South - we have opportunities for Care Assistants to join us at St Ives House , our beautiful care home in Dorset, BH24 2EE Full Time (35 hours per week) Opportunities Hours between 07:45 - 20:00 Bank Holiday Enhanced Pay Rate From £9.00 Per Hour dependant on qualifications This role involves working alternate weekends and some bank holiday. Our respected team of Care Assistants make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. Working with families to create the perfect balance of care based on a blend of needs including an individual's care and their personalities. In every case, our key focus is to deliver these care services with the help of our team who are experienced, well-trained and have a deep understanding and empathy for our care home residents. St Ives House is a recently built, Country House care home in Dorset, offering specialist nursing, residential and dementia care. Our caring, expertly trained staff offer high quality care for all levels of need - from short-term respite, to high dependency and palliative care. As part of your role you will also help us create a happy, safe and engaging environment for all staff and residents. Previous experience desirable but not essential - full training will be provided for anyone joining our team.
