What you'll be doing: Working with our sales team to support strategies and increase their market capture Directly liaising with their clients to fulfil their live recruitment needs Proactively engaging with the international aviation labour market to build and grow you own network Seeking out niche skilled individuals, both job seekers and passive candidates Creating and placing job adverts across specialist media and websites Dealing with all jobseeker enquiries Interviewing candidates (normally by phone) Completing reference checks and verifying applicant documents What you'll need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Genuine interest in the aviation, airline or travel sectors - whilst aviation knowledge is a bonus, if you've got a real passion for the airline or travel industry (like we all have), we'll help you grow that further so that you can quickly establish yourself.
