Website Support Coordinator – Salary up to £25,000 DOE - Thatcham, Berkshire The Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to provide timely, organised and professional support to our support and maintenance clients. You will be managing all of our inbound support work with a high level of customer service, within budget and in line with agreed parameters and timelines. The key responsibilities of a Website Support Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Providing telephone support to existing clients to manage issues and/or requirements; and when requested, carrying out adds, changes and minor fixes on websites Directing or re-directing client requests and queries to appropriate departments; and establishing support timelines with the appropriate department(s) Monitoring the progress of support activities and manage to time and budgets Scheduling work for team members within support department and assigning tasks to the appropriate individuals Developing and maintaining working relationships with clients via regular and ad-hoc client contact and communication Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits Identifying and recognising new business opportunities within client accounts, identifying correct timescales from team members and quoting accordingly Providing guidance on hourly usage to our support clients Building a complete knowledge of our products and services The Benefits The benefits of being a Website Support Coordinator include: Competitive salary depending on experience Ongoing training and development, and a clear career path with opportunities to progress 23 days holiday ‘Take 5’, a flexible working programme Company auto enrolment pension scheme optional company health scheme Regular team days out and incentives, plus access to our employee benefits portal The Person The key skills and qualities of a Website Support Coordinator: Experience of delivering tasks to high-quality standards; and experience and understanding of quality assurance and quality management in relation to web content and user experience A basic understanding of web technologies and applications is useful but not compulsory i.e. content management systems, programming languages (C#, HTML, CSS, UX Design, etc.) Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail Commercially aware and enthusiastic about web technology and current website trends A fast learner and self-motivated team player who takes the initiative and rolls up their sleeves when necessary If you are keen on joining this exciting, forward thinking company and taking the next step in your career, then please click the apply now button to find out more.
