Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Administrator to join them . Based in Brentford, London, you will be working full time however part time positions are available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum (pro rata if part time) plus benefits. Benefits of becoming their Control Room Administrator: - Annual Gross Salary to start: £22,000.00 per annum - Auto enrolment into their Pension Scheme - Training and development - 20 days plus 8 bank holiday days of paid holiday Key responsibilities of their Control Room Administrator: - Assisting Operations Coordination Manager for a smooth day to day running of operations at the depot - Maintaining attendance register, Audit/ Control/ Issue of goods to crew members, completion of all-important issues in Control Log Book - Administering and preparing shift rota for all crew members - Professionally responding to any operational queries raised by customers over phone or emails - Ability to deal with Accident / Incident reporting - Taking proactive measures to deal with any kind of emergencies in operations - Monitor mobile patrolling for all company vehicles through vehicle tracking systems - Controlling access to and ensuring security of the premises at all times - Document control, including time sheets, regular audit and upkeep of client properties - Maintain accurate time sheets for all runs - Crew check out and return - Follow procedures as instructed by the Management - Responsible to maintain all records as per NSI audit requirements - Efficient people management skills, a good team player with an ability to motivate others by way of positive attitude towards work and responsibilities - Any other requirements as per business needs and priorities What they’re looking for in their Control Room Administrator: - Relevant experience of 2 years in an Operational environment and managing people is essential - Must posses a full clean UK driving licence - Flexibility is required as you will be required to work shift patterns between the hours of 06:00 & 22:00 hrs If you would like to know more about their Control Room Administrator role, please click “ Apply ” now They’d love to hear from you.
