Regional Manager

Overview

Regional Manager extraordinaire is not easy to spell. Operations Manager extraordinaire isn't much better. Regional Quality Manager, Clinical Support Manager, Peripatetic Manager, Services Manager, it doesn't really matter how we dress the jobs up, what's important is what happens when you get there. Do you inspire staff to enjoy their work? Can you persuade people to pull together? Can you see when tough decisions need to be made, make them and carry out the remedy? If so, I have two questions for you. Question one, how high are your standards? I am currently working on two of the most exciting prospects for a Regional Manager in the South of England. It's not going to be easy but the rewards are huge. If you are a nurse who has managed a group of elderly care homes, call me. If you would like to be a leader in a forward-thinking but not too big business, call me. If you have been frustrated applying for regional management jobs because you've been 'pipped at the post', call me. Question two, what's in a name? My name is Darene Blackwood and I am available for a call in confidence at almost any time. Hope to hear from you soon.
