Overview

Our client are a PE backed software game development business and following significant investment, are seeking to appoint an FP&A Analyst/Manager for a newly created position. If you are an experienced finance professional with exceptional modelling skills and a passion for understanding the commercial drivers of a business, then this represents a highly compelling career opportunity. The successful candidate will aid the business in creating a best in class FP&A function in this business critical role, as they seek to grow their international footprint and revenue streams. Following the private-equity investment, there is a significant demand for robust and insightful forward looking information, particularly with respect to EBITDA, cash & FOREX. Given the critical nature of this role, the CFO will support this individual in their career development towards FP&A Director or future CFO. This commercially focused and dynamic role will afford exposure across the business and directly to the PE investors and entails: Ensuring robust forward looking financial information is produced Preparation of short and long-term cash flow forecasting for board level reporting, including FOREX management Development and provision of key management information and KPIs Preparation and maintenance of of financial out-turns Preparation of weekly Exec pack including understanding and challenge of the underlying metrics of the business Preparation of the Board pack Lead the annual business planning process across the group Extensive revenue modelling for all facets of the business Ad-hoc scenario planning and modelling As a finance professional, you will possess a high degree of commercial acumen with a demonstrable ability to align business and finance priorities.
