You will be working with a leading FMCG and FOOD manufacturing business, with a true national presence across multiple sites around the UK. The salary for the position starts from circa £40k, quickly rising to £43k after training, plus pension, flexible benefits schemes and a comprehensive company benefits package, plus enhanced earning capability. Job Requirements Maintenance of manufacturing machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience of undertaking PPMs and reactive maintenance engineering activities The ability to problem solve effectively and work under pressure The ability to work upon reactive maintenance as well as project lead initiatives at times too. Key Requirements for Maintenance Engineer NVQ level 3 or ONC and above in either mechanical or electrical engineering or multi skilled engineering Experience of working as a maintenance engineer, either maintenance fitter or maintenance electrician, but with the ability to undertake multi-skilled maintenance work at times Experience of working within either a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment as a maintenance of installation engineer The role is working a 4 on, 4 off shift patter, consisting of 2 days and 2 nights, followed by 4 days off.
