Overview
We are looking for someone to execute the UK Salesforce Transformation Strategy, working closely with the business to achieve its strategic objectives. This is a key role within this newly formed team where you will support the delivery of the Customer Strategy leading on Salesforce implementation across the business. You Will: · Have day to day ownership, management and development of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) including: reporting and data analysis user support, training, and user documentation development planning, business analysis, declarative configuration, coordination with development partners if applicable, and testing. · Be responsible for the regular data reporting on BU/OU pipeline, workload forecasts, bid budgets, resourcing predictions and project dashboards using Salesforce, Excel and Power BI · Focus on change management and training - identifying and managing anticipated resistance within the business · Focus on programme organisation and structure - ensuring the appropriate processes are in place to create a seamless execution across the BU. This includes setting up superuser communities, champions etc. · Identify risks, issues and opportunities of significant strategic and tactical impact to the business whilst implementing new ways of working through Salesforce. We're Looking For: · Ability to communicate and influence effectively at senior level to develop and maintain internal relationships. · An ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts, and make recommendations. · Attention to detail and sees things through to completion. · High level of competency and experience with the use of CRM too, ideally Salesforce.
