You will always have the opportunity to try something new and expand your skillset. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a technically stable Azure Infrastructure for customers. Produce high quality technical proposals when required. Work on customer projects. Assist the Service Desk for call escalation and 3rd line support where possible. Give advice to other technical consultants if required. Deliver pre-sales workshops and Cloud Readiness Assessments. The Ideal Incumbent: Have a strong understanding of Azure from both a functional and technical perspective. Infrastructure migration to Azure support experience. Working with PowerShell scripts. Working knowledge of AD, windows Server, Security and Compliance, Azure backup. Understanding of Networking, Security. Knowledge of ITIL best practices. Office 365 migration experience (desirable).
