Struggling to find a Test Analyst role that offers progression opportunities as well as training and development? We're helping our Swansea based client grow their Business Systems Integration team with 2 Test Analysts. About the Company: • They're a partner to some of the UK's most well-known names • They work with large scale ERPs including SAP, S4Hana and Agresso About you: • You will need to have strong communication skills as you'll be liaising with stakeholders over a variety of levels • You'll be organised with experience in planning, spreadsheets and liaising with customers • You will need to undergo SC Clearance for this role About the role: • Day to day, you will look at upcoming changes within the business and work alongside a Subject Matter Expert to understand what these changes entail • You'll put together schedules for releases that detail all test scrips to run • It' not a hands-on role, you'll establish what testing needs to be done and make sure the scripts are prepared and write new ones if necessary • You'll track defects and maintain testing Standards, Procedures, Scripts and Schedules for all testing cycles including Unit, System, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, Upgrade, Patch, Stress and Performance testing. What skills/background we're looking for: • A detailed knowledge of system build and administrative requirements. • A successful track record working as a testing analyst and planner. • Ability to prioritise testing efforts based on knowledge of business risk, and design appropriate test plans and test scripts. • Experience of tracking progress of tasks and activities and preparing reports and statistics to present that progress. • Experience communicating directly with customers in writing, by telephone, and face to face.
