A great role has popped up in the heart of Glasgow for a Digital Marketing Manager with a travel brand that has grown in Glasgow, and scaled up to have a global presence. About Your New Role You will demonstrate a strong track record in focused delivery. You will contribute to the effectiveness of the brand identifying products and markets suggesting sales strategies and approaches. You will be part of an ambitious and driven digital marketing team developing, implementing, tracking and refinement of brand and marketing campaigns globally through digital channels Responsibilities : As senior member of the team, you will be accountable for marketing strategies policies to ensure strong brand position and product strategies to across multiple communication channels. It will be your responsibility to deliver fully integrated campaigns to achieve maximum impact and drive the development of offline and online marketing PR activity to build the brand profile globally. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Facebook advertising, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing and new products. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Contribute to the effectiveness of the company in identifying products and markets, suggesting sales strategies and approaches. Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, advertising and external PR agencies. Lead analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns. Manage the marketing budget to achieve overall sales objectives in addition to reporting the ROI of various campaigns and strategies. Qualifications and Skills 5 years' proven experience in a marketing or related field. BS/MS Degree preferred but not essential. Previous experience in a senior digital marketing role. Experience in indentifying target audiences, and devising digital campaigns. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. A demonstrated track record of campaign strategy on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Medium, Snapchat, Instagram, Google Plus and other social media outlets(not all platforms required). Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Exposure of managing large budgets of up to 1 million. Experience within an agency, or global marketplace. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
