Support Worker Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. We are recruiting Support Workers for our supported living services in Swinton , which provides person-centred support to people who have learning disabilities . Your satisfying role will include: Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support Maximising outcomes for clients by maintaining their independence and encouraging them to lead an active, fulfilling lifestyle Collaborating with clients, their families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service Full training is provided as well as the opportunity to work towards the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
