Overview
My client is a global multidisciplinary consultancy looking to recruit a Principal Acoustics Consultant to be based in London. You will be heading the consulting group and providing daily support on the delivery of projects, business development plans and preparation of budgets. Requirements are- BSc or MSc in Acoustics related field. Membership of the Institute of Acoustics, preferably full membership. Extensive commercial experience in Acoustics consulting. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Detailed knowledge of legislation, standard and guidelines. Duties will be- Inputting into business development and sales initiatives. Liaising with clients and other industry contacts. Preparing tenders into large bids through the bid support team. Support as required the current and future market, market drivers and service offerings. Ensure full implementation and use of competency framework. Provide technical expertise and consultancy to client and internal contacts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in providing services to the engineering markets.
