JHE & Partners are proud to be working with a company based in Huddersfield who are recruiting an experienced part time office administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This company established over 10 years ago work within the construction industry and continue to maintain excellent growth. The offices are within walking distance from Huddersfield town centre and have parking available on site. You will be operating within a busy competitive market where the focus of the role is supporting the Managing Director with the running of the office by completing a diverse range of administrative tasks. A flexible approach will be required to work in this role. You will need the ability and confidence to interact with customers via telephone and email and effectively manage queries and customer requirements. Duties & Responsibilities: Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email. Assist the sales team in processing pricing tender requests and orders. Keeping the companies Social Media up to date. Processing invoices and chasing outstanding payments. Ad-hoc PA duties for the Managing Director. Person Specification: An organised and methodical approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competent at using computer systems. The initiative to problem-solve and adapt to situations. Ability to manage own workload and balance priorities. High attention to detail. Previous administrative experience. Construction industry experience beneficial.
