Overview

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper? Can you use QuickBooks? Would you like a job that can offer you flexibility? Yes, then we would like to hear from you. Our client is just about to move into their new offices and are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their small team. You will need to be self-motivated as there will be periods of time where you will be on your own. A working knowledge of QuickBooks is essential as you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and preparing supplier monthly payments. In addition to Bookkeeping, you will need to be a confident communicator as you will be answering the phone and dealing with day to day queries. Our client is flexible on working hours and will consider someone looking for full time hours working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 30 hours worked to suit.
