Temp HR Reward Analyst based in Exeter £16.28ph in a large Public sector business Your new company An exciting opportunity has come up in a well-established and reputable company within the public sector in Exeter. Your new role You will be working as a HR Reward Analyst supporting the HR and Finance teams. You will be responsible for the reporting, reconciliation and analysis of HR data internally and externally. You will support annual pay and bonus modelling & processing and be responsible for bonus calculations. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experienced of working as a HR Reward specialist. You will need to have strong numerate, analytical skills and be a great problem solver. You will need to have an excellent HR data and analytical skill set along with being Advanced on Excel. You will need to have excellent time management, communication and administrative skills.
