Overview
Exciting opportunity for Assistant Accountant to provide support to the Financial Controller within a well established global corporate based in Egham. Duties will include: Preparation of month and quarter end accounts Preparation and submission of VAT returns (UK and European) Processing of invoices Assistance with corporation tax analysis Maintenance of fixed asset register and fixed asset counts Weekly cost analysis and reporting Candidates should have a good level of experience in accounts at a similar level together with experience of VAT processing and submission (UK and European). You should be proactive, self motivated and able to work both in a team and independently often to tight deadlines in a very busy environment. Working knowledge of SAP is preferred together with an advanced skill level in Excel. The company offers a prestigious working environment with on-site parking.
