Overview
Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director Our client is a highly successful Corporate Finance House with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions and employing the highest calibre Corporate Finance Professionals in the market. They seek to strengthen their team with an experienced Corporate Financier with management level exposure and ideally a strong network of contacts within the Midlands market place, albeit not essential. As well as the responsibility for day to day control of transactions a key part of the role will be working closely with the other senior deal makers and Partners on business development, pitching for new deals and generally building networks. You will establish a high market profile for both yourself and the business. You will get involved in the management of a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, raising finance and general strategic reviews. You will help to mentor your team to complete complex and technically demanding assignments. The successful individual will be expected to come with some relationships already in the investment community and have the desire to achieve both on an individual and team basis to continue the success of the business.
