Overview
Our Manufacturing client based in Kings Lynn is looking to recruit a Nav Support Analyst on a fulltime permanent basis. Our client is implementing a new system and so this role will be supporting Microsoft Nav Users directly throughout the business. Duties and Responsibilities Day to day 1st line support of the business’ NAV environment and user base. Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures. Maintain and review user roles and rights to tables, fields, etc. Assist and develop data import, export & maintenance processes using RapidStart etc. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a NAV 2015 support role with proven results Experience of working as part of a wider IT support team In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system.
