Overview
Site Manager/Contract manager Immediate start available Your new company They are an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor that has completed numerous projects in Essex. Due to continued success and plenty of repeat business they are a fast growing company and as such are looking to grow their project team with an additional Contracts Manager. Your new role You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of your project which will include duties such as: Logistical planning of works Conducting pre-start, site and progress meetings Ensure the project complies with all building regulations Client engagement What you'll need to succeed You should have a range of commercial experience both new build and refurbishment as a Site Manager. You will have a broad knowledge of all construction including brickwork, flooring, roofing and carpentry. A current and valid SMSTS certificate and CSCS Manager's card are also essential requirements.
