Social Housing - Occupied - 3 months - Temp to Perm - Birmingham - Van - Tools - ASAP - Maintenance - DBS Your new company Social housing provider in the Birmingham area. Your new role Providing maintenance trades services, multi-skilled operatives must be able to help out with a variety of jobs. This includes: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Decorating & Plastering. You will be working in a social housing environment and must be able to offer top quality customer service. You must have experience in putting up fire doors and have enhanced skills in carpentry. What you'll need to succeed To succeed and be in contention for an interview you must have: - Drivers License - Own van - Standard DBS - Own tools What you'll get in return In return you will get the opportunity to work for a well-established organisation in the Birmingham area. You will be on an hourly rate of £18 per hour and will get the opportunity to become permanent after a period of time.
