Control Centre Coordinator £10 per hour, 35 hours per week 3-month contract - immediate start Kings Hill Free Parking Do you have control centre or call centre experience? Are you available immediately for a minimum of 3 months? Do you like the flexibility of working shifts? We are working with an industry leading engineering provider who require a competent communicator to liaise with partners and emergency resources through various methods including telephone, radio and data terminals. Main activities: Manning a 24/7 control centre on a shift-based rota Prioritising work/calls Liaise with deployed resources Accurately process and document information to various departments You must have a full driving license and be available immediately for a minimum of 3 months.
