Python Developer Lead Engineer (Python Developer) Your new company Working for a global multi national investment bank, my client seeks an highly experienced Python Developer with demonstrable experience leading small teams and with hands on development building applications from start to finish Your new role leading a small / agile team, your role will involve sourcing / transforming data and delivering it to sub ledgers End to end enterprise application design / development - previous experience doing this will be needed with a preference of big applications experience Working in an agile environment, this role will involve facing off to stakeholders / the business Leading a small team onshore (4 - 6 people) and delegating to offshore team This lead engineer role will eventually develop into a scrum master role but you will remain hands on What you'll need to succeed You will have expert Python Development ability A background in C++ or Java (better equipped for building large applications) You should have experience building / designing enterprise application development from start to finish Data experience Experience leading team Clear & concise communicator Experience working on big applications and platforms Agile What you'll get in return In return you'll be offered a day rate of £650 pd inside scope - there may be flexibility on this rate Excellent bonuses Benefits and pension package Flexible working opportunity Modern offices Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
