Now is your chance… The Customer Service teams deal with the Servicing of all In-Life AF Customers handling a multitude of workflows. They are responsible for following; Handling calls from clients, broker and third parties (approx. 25-30 daily per individual) Managing Customer Service Mailbox (approx. 30 daily per individual) HPI React Notifications (Identifies potential risks to assets we have financed) Early terminations Novation's - Change of legal entity / transfer of agreement Throughout the term of a finance agreement any queries that arise are handled by the Customer Services team, these range from change of details, to payment enquiries to further explanation on the T&C's of the agreement or any other question our client base may have. Customer Services is a fast paced environment and as such team work is key to this role, the more experienced members of the team are always on hand to not only guide but share their knowledge to ensure all individuals are best placed to service our customers varying needs. What would your day look like? Responding promptly to customer enquiries Performing change of registered address and correspondence address requests Updating 3rd party supplier, broker and introducer information Scanning, retrieving and sending copy documents Raising statements/ invoices and dealing with queries relating to these HPI queries, including change of vehicle keeper and change of registration plates Raising settlement quotes (full & partial) and completing terminations Novating customer agreements from one entity to another - liaising with Credit and issuing new business documentation Completing reschedules to customer payment terms What do we expect of you? Experienced in adhering to Customer Services processes and service level agreements (SLA's) within a dynamic environment. Detail oriented Excellent communication skills and key board skills are also required along with sound organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload. Passionate about customer service and is committed to 'making it happen'. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Good team player skills are essential with a track record of working within a dynamic team continuously looking for improvement Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and time management skills Experience of working within a regulated, banking or financial services environment What can you expect of us?
