Operations Analyst

Data Analyst £18k to £24k dependent on relevant experience Monday to Friday Preston Are you a graduate with a mathematical / analytical exposure in your degree? or perhaps experienced in analyst work through work experience alone? Do you crunch data intelligently seeing solutions and being able to present improvement and support to a commercial business? The energy operations analyst will be responsible for the creation, development and operations of quantitative models to support the gas and electricity supply businesses - primarily relating to demand forecasting, pricing and trading. Proactive approach to creating models and data analysis supporting an energy supply business Development and improvement of demand forecasting and pricing models as business dynamics change Present results in a variety of formats depending on audience Be responsible for the data analysis for the energy supply business Be required to create models to support the business and have the ability to develop these as the business grows and evolves You will join a small team of 3 individuals and work monday to friday- office hours are 8am to 5.30pm Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
