Overview
A temporary full-time Customer Services Administrator role Your new company A successful and well-regarded local organisation. Your new role Working to support the team with Customer Services responsibilities whilst they recruit on a longer term basis. You will be dealing with incoming enquiries via phone and emails, processing orders and paperwork, complaints handling and liaising with other departments as well as general administration duties. This is a full-time role Mon-Fri with an earlier finish on a Friday. Your own transport would be advantageous for this role. What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 1 years recent office based experience. You will have confident communication skills, a professional telephone manner and a clear passion for providing great customer service. You will be highly organised able to prioritise your workload to achieve deadlines and objectives. You will have strong IT skills and able to type accurately and efficiently.
