Revit User - Part II or Technician
Overview
A small Central London practice are looking to hire a Junior to Intermediate level Revit user to work remotely on a couple of projects with them. Due to budget constraints, it's likely this individual is a Part II Assistant or Technician/Technologist with circa 3 years industry experience. That being said, during these tough times, more experienced applicants are welcomed to apply as long as willing to work within the firm’s financial means. Only a few people in size, you'll become an important member of their team and helping them with the delivery of their on-going schemes. These consist of sites of 5 - 8 apartments which they are taking from planning through to completion. They require a confident Revit user who can impact the drawing production for these schemes. You will be working from home, for the foreseeable, with regular video meetings with the Founder of the business. There is likely 3-months work to be taken on, as of right now, so it's a great opportunity to keep busy during the period that we're currently predicting might be difficult. It is essential your experience is predominantly UK based and that you are in the UK as to carry on the work from their office at such time. Skype interviews will be offered right away for relevant applicants and they wish for someone to start as soon as possible. Rates are circa £15 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella to remain affordable.
