Overview

Photography Support Executive The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great initiative, confidence, consistency and ambition to grow within the business. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills; and experience of working in a fast paced environment. You will have (supported) autonomy to get sht done from day one. As well as the ability to work under pressure, this is a fantastic opportunity to exercise a can-do attitude and attention to detail to make a tangible difference to the business and our customers. To break it down clearly, the crux of what you'll be doing is: Be the main point of contact for 100 plus photographers Build strong relationships with photographers Clear backlogs and work towards KPIs Actively contact photographers to confirm bookings Allocate orders Respond to all emails or phone (inbound and outbound) queries in a swift and timely manner Keep on top of orders and make sure the right photographers are allocated Set regular calls with your assigned photographers and manage their expectations Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Photographer Experience, Production and Customer Experience teams Manage all escalations by delivering nothing but the best service Provide photographers with constructive feedback Reduce the turnaround times of orders being completed Work closely with the Finance department to manage invoice queries within strict deadlines Analyse raw data, generate reports and implement processes to help us scale across the UK Step in to help photographers where necessary Use maps, spreadsheets and our CRM system to actively seek specialists for specific roles Be flexible and willing to work at least one Saturday once a month Who are we looking for: You're curious above all else, you're confident, results-focused and non-traditional Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
